At Arianna Boutique we want you to be happy with every order. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items showing wear or damage beyond normal handling may be refused, and we never charge restocking fees.
To start, email Info@arianna-boutique.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service. If you need another size or item, exchanges are available on request. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us straight away with your order number and a photo. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 7 business days to the original payment method, though your bank may take a little longer to post it.
