SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. We never charge restocking fees. To start a return, email Info@arianna-boutique.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, we recommend a tracked service, and exchanges are available on request. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 7 business days to the original payment method, and your bank may take a little longer to post it.
